Unique only to this the 4th largest islands in the world are the Grandidier’s Baobab trees, a species of tree that have large, cylindrical trunks and blossomed fruit filled canopies, which inhabit and thrive in the dry deciduous forest area along the agriculturally degraded scrubland known as the “Alley of Baobabs.” Keep a keen eye on the various wildlife and bird species as your privately driven vehicle takes you between locations.
